Originally a satellite treatment facility under Western Visayas Medical Center, Paglaum Clinic became an official HIV treatment hub in January 2017.
The Bisaya word Paglaum means hope — an enduring idea behind its goal of caring for people living with HIV and those seeking prevention and testing without stigma.
